最寄りの駅からは最初とてもわかりにくかったけどフロントの方から地図を貰い助かりました。ただ衛生面が余り綺麗ではなくベッドメイクも片側が固定されていて使いにくかったです。朝食はまあまあでした～

I could not open the door with the key. Staff came to show me how to open(I did not know to open without using door nob). If they had told me how to open the key, I would not have to wait in hallway holding coffee, umbrella and so on. However, the staffs are kind. Thank you

IT ISNT HOTEL, IT WORSE THAN GUESTHOUSE

Dated hotel and door is block from 1am to 6amand you are not allowed to come to your room from 10am to 4pm. They dont have house keeping service onside and used out source. It worse than guesthost

不便すぎます。

フロントが無愛想外に喫煙所置いてあるが、吸いに外に出ようとした際、外出なら鍵預けてと呼び止められるのが不快。深夜1時に門限あるのも、不便です。どこも24時間外出自由なのに。大浴場もコロナ対策で整理券配布してますが、特に見せずに入浴出来ちゃうので、やっていることが不明。廊下で騒ぐ客がいて、夜中何度も起こされました。

地點方便，價格平實，唯一缺點是半夜一點是門禁。我在expedia訂房時，並沒有發現這個限制。但櫃檯很友善，願意在兩三點仍幫我應門。

フロントの外国人（中国系？）の応対が高圧的、日本人の方のフォローあるも、もう少し研修（多分言葉や・地域の案内情報）が必要ではと感じました。

車で伺ったのですが新宿中心部なのに駐車場も広く完全敷地内で安心感があります。またすぐ近くにコンビニもあり、多種多様な飲食店も多くあるのでとても楽しめます。新宿駅も初めは遠いかなと思いましたが近くの地下道から行くと私の足15分位とすんなり行く事が出来てとても良好でした。次回、東京に来る機会がありましたらまた利用したいと思います。

Hotel correcto. Calidad-precio bastante difícil de superar para ser Tokyo. La habitación con baño privado estaba suficientemente limpia, con todo lo necesario para una noche de paso. Habitación con frigo, secador de pelo, y tele. No recomiendo la habitación sin baño puesto que está en el sótano. Localización en una zona tranquila de Shinjuku, a 15min de la estación principal y a 6-7min de Shinjuku-gyoemmae.

I was not allowed to the public bathrooms, charged extra price compared with my reservation to upgrade to a bathroom room. The hotel has a curfew only announce until check-in.
