The place is perfect. It is conveniently located in the center of the city just a five-minute walk from the JR Kanda Station, which is one station away from the main station of Tokyo. In about ten minutes, you can also reach the subway station of Kanda and Otemachi, depending on the directions you’d like to go, the stations provide swift access to the multiple centers of Tokyo, including Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Ueno and Ginza. It is also just an hour away from NRT and HND airport.
As for the facilities, most amenities you can think of are provided, even bath salt, which you can use to have a nice bath after a long day. The rooms, while small, are well equipped for a comfortable stay, with TV and fridge installed. The rooms are also well soundproof and you can barely hear anything in the middle of the night. You can find a hairdryer in the bathroom. The cleaning was also impeccable and there is nothing to criticize about.
One thing to note is that the area’s nightlife is a little lively with karaokes and clubs with people standing by the street soliciting customer, but there is nothing to worry about as they are nothing aggressive. It’s just a heads up in case you arrive in the area at night, if anything, it just makes the neighborhood safer with that many people present even at night (but Japan is actually very safe anytime of the day and night).
Given the lively neighborhood, there are tons of convenience stores in the vicinity as well. I’d stay here next time!
