We stayed here two separate times, and both times we were very happy with our rooms. We could comfortably fit two people. It only got a bit tight when we bought larger luggage at the end of our trip, but it was still doable. The staff were always very accommodating and helpful. The immediate neighborhood is not a tourist area, but it's very easy to get to other fun neighborhoods on the JR line from Kanda station. This was a fantastic budget option.

Lovely, welcoming hotel. Staff were brilliant and so helpful and thankfully their English was good because my Japanese is terrible. I stayed here for my first day in Tokyo whilst I got over jet lag and I was very grateful for how clean and quiet the rooms were. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was cozy. Walking distance from train stations. Many food stalls and restaurants can be found going to and from the train stations. Neighborhood around the hotel was generally quiet.

Located 20 minutes north of Tokyo Station, this hotel is in a very good area close to downtown. The closest station is Kanda Station. Around Kanda Station there are plenty of affordable dining options and small markets for any minor grocery needs. That said, be aware that this is a hotel in Tokyo, so the rooms will be on the smaller size (though that month not matter as you may be venturing around Tokyo). Facilities are generally clean and maintained in good working order. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast included option - the food options were exactly the same each of the 5 days we were there; no variety at all.

The staff was so helpful. We split our trip into several segments. The first segment was staying at their property. The next segment brought us to Osaka and the last segment returns us to Tokyo to this property. They were accommodating and was able to hold on to several pieces of our luggage while we travel to Osaka. We will use a courier service to send luggage from Osaka to their property and they were winning to accept and hold our luggage until our return check-in. They were also accommodating with scheduling taxi service from their property to the airport. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay in a very quiet and clean room. Very helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again when in Tokyo. Rooms are smaller… that is a given…but everything else is great. Loved the easy access to transportation (trains or metro) as well as variety of restaurants. Great stay!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came to run Tokyo marathon and stayed for six nights. The hotel is within a walking distance to subway, and there are several good places for lunch/dinner nearby. My room was very nice and clean and had everything that I needed for the entirety of my stay. The hotel provides a variety of toiletries, tea bags, instant coffee, etc. They serve breakfast on the first floor. They also have two microwaves and a laundry on the second floor. Both check-in and check-out were super easy. The staff is very polite, friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

The place is perfect. It is conveniently located in the center of the city just a five-minute walk from the JR Kanda Station, which is one station away from the main station of Tokyo. In about ten minutes, you can also reach the subway station of Kanda and Otemachi, depending on the directions you’d like to go, the stations provide swift access to the multiple centers of Tokyo, including Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Ueno and Ginza. It is also just an hour away from NRT and HND airport. As for the facilities, most amenities you can think of are provided, even bath salt, which you can use to have a nice bath after a long day. The rooms, while small, are well equipped for a comfortable stay, with TV and fridge installed. The rooms are also well soundproof and you can barely hear anything in the middle of the night. You can find a hairdryer in the bathroom. The cleaning was also impeccable and there is nothing to criticize about. One thing to note is that the area’s nightlife is a little lively with karaokes and clubs with people standing by the street soliciting customer, but there is nothing to worry about as they are nothing aggressive. It’s just a heads up in case you arrive in the area at night, if anything, it just makes the neighborhood safer with that many people present even at night (but Japan is actually very safe anytime of the day and night). Given the lively neighborhood, there are tons of convenience stores in the vicinity as well. I’d stay here next time!

We appreciated the English speaking staff, especially Nicole. She was incredibly helpful with our check out process. Even if the non English speaking employees were very helpful and kind. The Amazon locker nearby was useful. Being near a train station made our visit easy. The washing machines were useful especially for a long trip. We loved housekeeping and the free amenities, they made us feel very comfortable. Next time we visit Tokyo we will definitely be staying here again. It was affordable and had no downsides. We highly recommend people staying in the Tokyo area to stay here.

Great Value in an excellent location
This is an excellent hotel for outstanding value. The staff are very nice and helpful. The facilities and amenities are modern clean and excellent. A few minor things could be improved. The so called self service checkin process required 3 separate staff to get involved and seemed to be creating chaos in the foyer. All solved very quickly but obviously some teething issues. In my room I had a very bright light in a smoke alarm directly over my pillow. This made it hard to sleep. The breakfast was good but relatively basic compared to some of the luxury ones we had on our trip.

I loved how clean and comfy the room was especially for a solo traveler like myself. What I really liked about this hotel was that it was between the Otemachi train station on the Tokyo Metro Line and also near Kanda station which is a JR station and it allowed me to travel to popular areas such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, etc. and it also had other Tokyo Metro lines such as the Ginza line. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Staff were super nice and approachable. The rooms are definitely on the bigger side for Japanese hotels. The hotel is located about 5 minutes away from Kanda station which is only one stop away from Tokyo station. Super easy to get anywhere. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is close to the JR station and the amenities are all up to date. The breakfast buffet is also delicious, definitely worth the additional cost.

A little bit noisy area during night, but extremely safe. Easy to access JR line and Ginza line to Tokyo station and Asakusa.

Convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby. 5 min walk to Kanda station. Staff are super nice and helpful. Free loan of specialty pillow in the lobby. We got the breakfast package and it is ok. I wouldn't get it next time when there're so many restaurants around, Choices are limited and exactly the same food served the 2 days that we stayed there, very boring.
