Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very small (but knew already while booking) but clean and hot everything you need for a couple of nights. Breakfast was very tasty with a great selection. Location in a very quiet area and also good connected to public transport and also haneda airport to reach within 30min by monorail or subway. I would come back!

The hotel is in a very convenient area to go around and has easy transit from/to the Haneda Airport. The staff are friendly and assertive, and the room was clean and easy to use. This is a "business hotel" and therefore I only used the room for sleeping, so the size of the room was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was reasonably priced and ample. The location although a little further than the other Soestsu Fresa in the area is a little longer walk the area is very convenient.

I really enjoyed my room here. It was a little smaller than my other Tokyo stay, and the bathroom was more functional and less luxurious, but still very tidy and provided everything that I needed. I enjoyed the view of the street from my window. The breakfast smoothies were a nice touch, and I enjoyed having curry rice for a breakfast option.

Nov 2024 Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hamamatsucho

A very nice hotel, good breakfast, quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, everything you needed was there, no frills, but to be honest who needs them if you out all day sightseeing ! You just want to return to a hot shower and good nights sleep in a well kept room and comfy bed !

The room was small even for Tokyo, there isn't enough room to open a suitcase! Leaving the only place to do that is put the suitcase on the bed which is gross. Other than that, location is great, very convenient and close to train stations.

Nice hotel with easy airport access

Nice hotel very close to the Daimon Metro stop which offered direct train service to Narita and Haneda. The very busy Shimbashi Metro stop and entertainment/shopping area is also just about a 15 minute walk away. I purchased the breakfast one morning for about 9€, but I was very disappointed and didn't not eat there again. The Single room is small even by Tokyo standards, but has everything you need. No non Japanese TV channels, though.
