Hotel was ok, area not the nicest. You can hook up your own hdmi device to projector in the room but who brings that with them on vacation?

There was 5 of us young adult women visiting Japan for the first time and this hotel was good for us: clean, located in a nice neighborhood with walking distance to 2 subway entrances and at least 5 Convenient Stores. My only suggestions are:provide some tatami pillows to sit on, a few shelves above the outlets for electronics and same size matress for the couch

Off the beaten path in quieter part of Shinjuku. About a 20 minute walk from shinjuku station. Overall a nice property.

Tokyo family trip
The property is quite new, airy and clean. The bathroom was big and spacious with a tub, water pressure was good. The water closet was fully equipped with a high-tech toilet seat and with all the buttons and was located in a separate room. However, the bedroom itself was too tight for a family of 5. We could not even open our suitcases. When the sofa bed is opened there is barely any room to walk around. It would have been nice if they utilized the little corner of the room to install some shelves for the clothes instead of having a bulky coat hanger there. The location was approximately a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station. We liked the Life Grocery beside the Wakamatsu-Kawada station. Meals, groceries and drinks were available there at cheaper prices than convenience stores. We had a balcony with a view of the street. Overall, the stay was enjoyable! Value for money stay.

Comfortable room for a family of 5
We really enjoyed our stay. It was easy check in and check out. It would be a nice addition to add lockers for luggage storage for early arrival. We stored our luggage at the station, but would have been more convenient on site. The room was clean and comfortable. When I booked online, we selected a room that had a loft area, unfortunately we did not get a room with a loft. This was a bit of a disappointment but know that rooms do vary.

Nice choice
Cute little hotel. Room size is ok for 3 beds. No elevator so we have to carry luggages to the room. Got email prior with clear instructions to check in and out the room.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room is big enough for the 4 of us.clean. there,s a Family mart just round the corner. There's a train station abt 8 min walk.Nice place. Thank you to the great staff too.

Really loved this property. Check in was easy. Staff was amazing. And the orientation of the room was well set up. The decor in the room was nice and up to date as well. The only issue we had was the distance of the hotel to the main part of shinjuku. It was about a 10-15 min walk. The distance can be a positive and a negative . It was nice to be away from the noisy and crowded streets. But when it was cold, the walk could be dreadful. I’d most likely stay here again. Thank youu !!!

Excellent Customer Service in a New Modern Hotel
We had an amazing stay here. This new hotel was spotless with new modern fixtures that elevated the room and our comfort after long days walking in Tokyo. The western style bed was very comfy and even though 5 adults stayed in 1 room it's airyness did not make it feel cramped. We stayed on the 2nd floor so the stairs were not an issue but they are large so bringing your luggage is easy. It's right beside a Family Mart so getting food early or late at night isn't an issue. We had excellent customer service throughout and before the trip. I was able to communicate with Koichi through hotels.com and he was able to help me with a travel issue. Everyday when we were there he would wish us a good day and give us hand warmers because we stayed there when it was cold. He was very kind and my family and I appreciated all that he did for us. Well worth the money, though a bit off the beaten path it is located between two subway stops so it was easy to get back from wherever we went in Tokyo. I would love to stay here again. Thank you Koichi!

Really modern, spacious room, especially by Tokyo standards - very comfortable for family of 3 or more. Great location, easy 5 min walk to subway or 15 min walk to Shinjuku Station. Friendly and helpful staff

Clean Hotel in a Quiet Neighbourhood!
The hotel was new and very clean. The room was bigger than we anticipated and was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and polite, although this was more of an apartment style hotel, so they were not always there. The listing informed us that there was no elevator and as we anticipated, it was tough getting all our suitcases up to the room. The hotel was also located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood, at the top of a small hill, around a 10 minute walk away from the nearest subway station, but quite far from Tokyo Station. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, but we did not mind. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My favorite stay in Tokyo
It was an amazing experience. Extremely easy to check in and check out. My personal thanks to the gentleman who was serving. He is an excellent host and I am most greatful to his hard work. Thank you my Japanese friend from Christchurch.

Do seek clarity with the hotel admin on their housekeeping policy. In my case, housekeeping was not done, and I was told that the bedsheets only get changed every 5 days only. Apart from this, the hotel excelled in all other areas eg location, staff friendliness etc. Would I come again? Yes :)

Overall very lovely establishment! Host was very kind and welcoming. The room felt very cozy and homey once you settle in. The place is also close to a convenience store and 24 hr laundromat!

Great location. Quiet but within walking distance (7 min) to 2 subway entrances. Also, laundromat and food mart right downstairs and 7 min to a 7/11 and Found the best sushi restaurant open 24 hrs just 10 min away across from a McDonald’s. The room was clean! Towels so soft and comforters cozy. Has late checkin if you coordinate with the hotel. Great price too. My family of 5 loved it.

Nice design, Good restroom, Convenient
Place was easily accessed. It was fortunate we got the room on the first floor as we did not see an elevator in the premise since we had 6 luggages to move. Toilet was well maintained and there was a bathtub. Design of the room is aesthetically pleasing. However, the room had quite a few steps leading to the different areas, and can be a trip hazard at times. As the room had many edges here and there due to the crisp design, I do not recommend families with very young children to stay here. Location was easy to locate. Check-in was very self-service at night.

地方係新宿東站，好方便，出門口就有便利店，去歌舞伎町行都只不過是15分鐘路程，下次一定再租這酒店😊

最寄駅へのアクセスがちょっと面倒かなと思いましたが、室内はとても綺麗で、快適でした。ただ、エレベーターがないので、４階まで荷物を上げ下げでした。コインランドリー等の施設が近くにあれば、長期的な滞在もありだと思います。
