Really good located have everything you need around dont have to drive to go places Shoping center,market , coffe shop , restaurants Customer service really good and the rooms are affordable

Hotel Listel is a bit further up the street than other hotel options but is still really close to central Shinjuku, easily walkable to public transport for getting around Toyko and has lots of shops and restaurants on the door step. The hotel room was basic but still everything we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly, check in and out was easy and breakfast was delicious with lots of options! Would stay again!

Listel was good bang for the buck

Smalll hotel 8 minutes from subway station. The maid service was very good. Room was small but typical for Japan. Excellent value. Breakfast was the same everyday and I was not thrilled with the food as I’m a Canadian

Friendly staff at the front desk, basic but decent rooms. Short walk away from many activities. As long as you have reasonable expectations for this level of hotel at the price offered then you will be okay.

Property is a good 10 minute walk from the transportation system so if you are with luggage, it may be challenging. The hotel staff should be nicer and a bit more flexible with check in and check out. It was a huge issue to let me check out 30 minutes later.

good hotel for its price stayed for 2 weeks and had nothing bad to say about my time there. hotels location is a 8 minute walk from a subway line which is convenient and location is in a quiet area with some good food options.

Besides being in the center of everything in Shinjuku. The staff were more than accommodating. They were great in every other facet of what we come to expect from a top tier hotel. Would stay at again.

This was a centrally located hotel close to the action but in a more quiet area. The room was smaller and older but functioned well for us. They offered a delicious but inexpensive breakfast that we took advantage of. It also in walking distance to other restaurants.
