"The biggest plus was that the hotel had the most comfortable beds and pillows - had the best sleeps. Staff at front desk were nice but not particularly helpful - maybe due to language barriers. The hotel did a good job overall though. Note: One of the most annoying things about the hotel was the lack of seating near the entrance (outside and directly by the doors) - one of us had mobility issues and when waiting for transport would have appreciated somewhere to sit/rest by the doorway. Instead we had to walk all the way into the hotel and sit in front of reception - it caused unnecessary discomfort when in pain."
