"The biggest plus was that the hotel had the most comfortable beds and pillows - had the best sleeps. Staff at front desk were nice but not particularly helpful - maybe due to language barriers. The hotel did a good job overall though.
Note: One of the most annoying things about the hotel was the lack of seating near the entrance (outside and directly by the doors) - one of us had mobility issues and when waiting for transport would have appreciated somewhere to sit/rest by the doorway. Instead we had to walk all the way into the hotel and sit in front of reception - it caused unnecessary discomfort when in pain."
"so this place is about a 10 min walk to train...
it was my first time in Tokyo and was looking for reasonable...lot of pluses here. there is a big scale right outside elevators so you can weigh your luggage and make sure it is not overweight . i REALLY appreciate that! overall i would absolutely return here"
"The Shiomi Prince was everything we were looking for as a family of four visiting Tokyo for the first time. The rooms were well appointed and well sized with bunk beds for our teenagers. The amenities were great and the location was in a quieter neighborhood of Tokyo, which was a nice reprieve at the end of a long and busy day of sightseeing! The location is very near the subway station, complete with several convenient stores. To quote my son “the breakfast buffet was the highlight of my trip to Japan!” Thank you for an excellent stay."
"We had a great stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. The location was excellent, with easy access to Shinjuku Station, restaurants, shopping, and all the main attractions. It made exploring Tokyo incredibly convenient. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great base for our trip."
