Location of the hotel is great!! 2 mins walk from sunshine city and 4 mins walk from parco. There are also a lot of animate related store nearby! The staff is super welcoming and helpful. The room is a little small though.

It has good access to the Ikebukuro area and is relatively close to the station. The room was nice, and breakfast was included.

The only minus was that not the whole hotel was smoke free so you can still smell cigarette sometime in your room due to the ventilation.

Hotel is in quiet area but very close to Sunshine City, shopping and restaurant. About 10-15 mins walk to Metro. The wifi network is unstable. Love the free buffet breakfast with lot of different variety dishes everyday, great staff and service, thank you.
