I booked it because I thought there would be robots. Unfortunately this new hotel of the Hen Na group only uses talking graphic images at the check in. They speak in several languages, and are fairly amusing, but most of the time they need to seek help from a human staff member. In spite of my initial disappointment, I was quite happy as the hotel is very clean, well-located near Tawaramachi station and Kappabashi-dori, provides breakfast for a fee and has a Family Mart downstairs. My room was small but had all the necessary toiletries and a very comfy bed. Overall it was a great place to stay.
