Booked too fast and didn’t notice it was a smoking room which was not nice and very bad. The room carpet was dirty in between floor and wall, but everything else was okay. Receptionist wasn’t really bilingual and not rude but not friendly either.

First of all, THIS HOTEL USES FLAT SHEET UNDER THE QUILT instead of duvet cover! You can see stain, blood and lipstick on the quilt. This is really unacceptable for a hotel with this price tag. Second, THIS HOTEL LOCATES NEXT TO A FUNERAL PARLOUR, with corpse storage service inside the parlor. The society is abnormally quiet. The acoustic insulation is kinda poor with knocking and hammering sound at midnight. The air conditioning is great, however a noisy cracking sound often bursts out from false ceiling, probably from the refrigerant pipes, which makes sleeping quality poor. There is a window with translucent coating. Do not open it, because its facing to the adjacent funeral parlor. There is a blue LED feature light (cant turn off, can only dim) installed on window sill. Wonder oif the light portal is some sort of chinese "feng shui" setup. Overall, the atmosphere is really creepy, do not book this hotel if you have any worries. This hotel is run by a chinese corporation, targeting mainland customer. Dont expect the service is as polite as japanese. Therefore the service is kind of replusive for any other foreigners and domestic japanese visitors. However, apart from its creepyness, the room is nice, clean and functional. The amenities are okay but not comparable to other hotels in tokyo with same price tag.

The property was great value, the bed was very comfortable, the room was well appointed. The location was also good although further from the main Ueno station that I expected at around a 15 minute walk. It was also very quiet, the air conditioning and the water pressure in the shower was good. I did not think the cleaning was up to standard with stains on the bed cover, marks on the mirror and TV screen. Also hairs in the bathroom floor from the previous guest. The staff were friendly and helpful although their English was not very good.

Very nice
The room was very neat and nice. Very comfortable. The door must be a little thin, though, because it is a bit easy to hear the noise from outside. The breakfast lounge is lovely and cozy.

ホテルはオシャレだが窓枠の上辺りにホコリが溜まっており、洗面の蛇口がグラグラだった。またロールスクリーンの下げ紐が切れており、スクリーンを掴んで下げようとしてもなかなか動かず苦労した。海外でもこんなホテルに泊まったことはない。

サービス自体はとても良かったです。施設も駅近でした。部屋もコンパクトではあるものの動線がよく過ごしやすかったです。 ただ名前を間違えられたり、支払い済みにも関わらず支払いを求められたり等のトラブルがありました。

太一般的住宿
酒店房間太細，剛好放得下雙人床房，一點空間也沒有，住宿的第一晚進去的時候，房間一股臭味。酒店距離上野站太遠了，要步行15至20分鐘，最近的車站是入谷站，也要步行10分鐘。酒店附近沒有便利店，也沒有什麼可吃東西的地方。

整體滿意
離上野車站步行10分鐘有點少遠.整體住宿滿意房間整潔設備齊全,除了不是每天清潔,但可要求前枱清潔.

It’s a scam, fake room size, very small and dirty.
This hotel is so so so bad. They lie about the room size, is way smaller then they said. Very dark, no light, they try to hide all the dirty things, and it’s a very dusty room. Not user friendly at all, bad design, you have no place to put any clothes inside the toilet. Is a Chinese company anyway. Just think by yourself.

上野駅から離れた裏路地のホテル
メインの通りから一本裏路地に入り周りのマンションと区別がつきにくい立地でした。 近くの上野ホテルにも宿泊したこともありますが、立地以外では、こちらのホテルの方が総合的に満足度は高いです。

少し早いチェックインも対応していただきました。部屋は狭いですが、寝るだけなら気になりません。清掃はきちんとされていて、綺麗でした。お風呂場の匂いが少し気になりましたが、満足です。

全体的に綺麗で清潔感もあったので良き ただベッド間のスペースが思った以上に狭かった ベッドの隙間を無くしてコンパクトクィーンとした方が わかりやすいかも

夜遅くにチェックインをしたのですが、入り口が裏手で少しわかりにくかったです。でも部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。中国人客多そうです。

찾아가기가 쉬운듯하면서 어렵습니다. 길을 알면 우에노역에서 걸어서 10분정도 걸리지만 밤에 지하철 이리야역에 내리면 방향감각때문에 구글내비켜도 15분 ㅡ20분 생각해야할듯. 호텔시설 침대안락도는 좋은편. 가격에비해 위치는 별로

驚きました…
チェックアウトまでまだ時間があったのに 清掃スタッフがドアを叩き、何時に部屋を出るか 訪ねにきました。 せっかく出発までのんびりしていたのに 慌てて身を整えて対応する羽目に。 こんな確認されるホテルは他の国でも無かったのでかなり驚きました…。 他にもチェックイン時に予約に対して不安な 対応だったり、フロント同士の世間話が酷かったり… なかなか残念でした。

部屋は清潔感もあり、アメニティも必要なものはだいたいあった。枕元にコンセントとUSBポートがあって使いやすかった。 チェックイン前、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえたのはとてもありがたかった。 ひとつ残念だったのが、照明。夜帰って来た時はオレンジのライトが心地いいものの、洗面台の電気もオレンジなので女性が化粧をするには暗すぎる。窓のブラインドを開けて手持ち鏡を持って窓際に行かないと化粧の状態がよくわからないのは少々不便。
