The room was clean, but smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The bathroom was very small but usable. It’s super close to Tsukiji market which is really nice.

Good price to stay in Tokyo
Not expecting a large room because of the price. Room is clean and everyday. Cleaning service is offered per request. Bed is tiny (twin size), it's OK for a couples with Asian size to sleep. Lots of restaurants around with couple of minutes walk. And around 6-8 minutes walking distance to take the Tokyo Metro. The front desks are friendly and willing to help. They speak simple English but not fluent. We were allowed to store our lugages in the hotel after checked out. I will come visit again on my next visit Tokyo :-)

Really bad 12 hours experience. Dirty bed，bath, air condition couldn't heat up in one and half hour. No shower towel, you have to go front desk to ask...ask them if we can change to nother room. Told everyt room is same. Have to modify journey then check out 4 AM. Hope there is 0 star opinion.

This hotel has issues. There are dehumidifiers everywhere, even the one elevator. When I arrived there was no one at the desk, waited 1/2 hr before someone came. Was later told that they dont come in until 3 pm. Left luggage was un-attended. No amenities whatsoever, no coffee, tea etc. Would never recommend. Filter in bathroom was filthy. I feel sorry for the staff that works there

Theres actually nobody at the front desk in the morning to confirm check out. Expedia also never mentioned that theres only housekeeping once in 7 days. Otherwise the hotel was fine for Asian standards and it could be slightly cleaner with fewer hair strands in the washroom.

Great for Tsukiji market but otherwise average
Very close to the Tsukiji fish market, only about a 5-10 min walk away. This gives you an advantage if you're adamant about going to the ~5am Tsukiji tuna auction! The location is right in Ginza too, a popular shopping district. Otherwise the place is very average. Rooms are really small even by Tokyo standards, room cleaning service was spotty and the staff are not too well versed in English. All fairly minor but it adds up. I think you can find better places to stay for around the same price if you book ahead of time. However the location is kind of what you're paying for!

Nice Hotel just 1 short block from Tsukiji Subway
The room is small but very clean with all the amenities. The location is very quiet at night that is great for a good night's sleep. We took Shinkansen from Osaka to Tokyo station and this hotel is only about 20 minutes away from Tokyo train station. Tsukiji market is just 3 short blocks away. Ginza is 2 subway stations away. Shibuya is on the same train line as Tsukiji. Its all about the location and we would definitely stay here again. Oh did I mention that they have a coffee maker, a microwave and a fridge?

New and nice hotel in the heart of ginza
When I book a hotel I always consider its proximity to the transport and price, shopping. And this hotel is Very close to transport tsukiji station exit is only 2 minutes walk away. Not only it's close to transport is very near the famous tsukiji market too which in itself is a famous tourist destination. There's a laundry on site as well as vending machine. Mini stop and startbucks and restaurant is just in the corner. The room is a bit small but this is normal to almost hotels in Japan plus I am Asian so it's easy to move around. Overall we had a wonderful stay in liVemax: I would recommend this place to those who are on budget yet looking for a comfortable stay.

Rooms are small. Really designed for 1 person which i was by myself so was ok. Biggest problem was the smoke smell as i could not get a non-smoking room. If i had a non smoking room. Would have ranked it higher. There is an awesome cream puff shop around the corner! Also amazing sushi just down the road.

Comfortable Place to Stay
It is small but comfortable, convenient, and clean. It is a walking distance to the fish market and train stations. The employees are very helpful. The only issue was the tv programs were all in Japanese.

I booked this hotel for 4 nights on New Year's Eve. 10-minute walk to Tsukiji fish market and 2-minute walk from Tsukiji station on the Hibiya Line of Tokyo Metro. Starbucks, 24-hour convenience store and 24-hour cafe within 2-minute walk from the hotel. Room was small, of course. Good value for money. Only issue was the check out time being 10am and no front desk storage for luggage. Since I had an evening flight, I ended up leaving my luggage in a coin locker and going around the city.

Good location, but very small.
Hotel info is deceptive. If that room is 20m^2, then they must be including part of the hallway. Also, "city view" apparently means "view of a wall not even two meters across an alley.

One night stay with arrival past midnight. Utilitarian businessmen's hotel with typical Japanese-style micro rooms. Fine for a quick sleep but not much else. Bed was too short and air con blew directly on my head. However the place is new and tidy. Hotel is very close to Tsukiji subway station and the market. Try the excellent Turret Coffee shop a few doors down!

10:00 check out, dripping sound, almost capsule
The check-out time is 10:00 AM. No late check out, not even to 11AM, without a fee. Quite a cheap strategy to squeeze more money out of the guests. The refregier in room making dripping sound constantly and woke us up several times. Our room at the hotel is called "single" but it allows two adults to stay. We picked this hotel because of a last-minute plan change and there were no other hotels available within our price range except for capsule hotels. It turned out that our room was pretty much like a capsule for double; the only difference was we had a bathroom. The bathroom was so compact that the sink and the bathtub share one faucet. In terms of cleanness, it is Japan, all hotels are clean. The staff at front desk spoke minimal English. Of course we should not expect people in other countries to speak English; however, this means you can obtain no information or help from the front desk people unless you speak Japanese. What further worsened the situation was that their first response to my question was always "yes"; this of course caused some confusion at the beginning. The only pleasant surprise at this hotel worth of mentioning is the in-room microwave.

Great location minutes walk to Tsukiji fish market, 15 minutes walk to Ginza, very safe location, pretty quiet hotel, small room, but very clean, 4 minutes walk to Tsukiji and Higashi Ginza metro stations, 10 minutes to Tokyo station by metro, great value, lots of eateries and convenience stores in walking distance , will go back again.

the hotel was new, clean and the room, though small (as expected) was functional and clean. I had problems finding the hotel, even the taxi driver (I tired of looking), took a few minutes to find it in his GPS. great location, I would go back. also, no English service.

El proceso de recepción fue sencillo y hablan inglés de manera fluida, por lo que la interacción con el personal de la recepción es fácil. Para ingresar a tu habitación te proporcionan una hoja de papel que debes devolver al finalizar tu estancia, esto es de acuerdo a las instrucciones del hotel. Aquí viene un código para abrir la puerta de la habitación por lo que es bueno tomarle una foto. El aspecto de la habitación es viejo tanto en el mobiliario como en la alfombra y la decoración. La habitación tiene un aroma a humedad en algunas zonas. La limpieza de los baños no es la mejor, pues el piso tiene mal aspecto. Las camas son medianamente confortables al igual que las almohadas. Lo único ventajoso del hotel puede ser su ubicación, una estación de metro está a menos de 5 minutos caminando. La zona de alrededor tiene varios restaurantes cercanos, cafeterías y tiendas de conveniencia.
