Extremely convenient being just a minute walk from Kitashinagawa Station and a convenience store 2 buildings away. Very cost effective. Even has a mini kitchen and a microwave!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was nice size but old. No elevator so you have to carry your luggages through narrow stairs. No cleaning during entire stay- you take out your trash and request fresh towels at front desk. Hotel is 2-minute walk from Kitashinagawa station. Area can be noisy in the morning and early evening. Hotel is overpriced for its value.

Very close to a main Shinagawa station that gives you access to many different train lines mainly to all the major prefectures you want to see. Rooms a little on the small end but if your looking to just sleep and shower great location.

Missed the last shinkansen leaving from shinagawa to kyoto and had to put me and a friend up for the night. The hotel is close to another station that is one stop from shinagawa (7 minute transit in total from here to shinagawa station). The place is clean, and has all the amenities we needed for the night! Do note, if you are a very large person, it may be a little difficult to maneuver around in the shower area. It wasn’t as quiet as one might hope, but that likely is just a big city thing. It wasn’t people talking or being loud for the most part. Lots of ambulance/ police passed by throughout the night with their sirens on. That being said it didn’t wake up my friend, and I only heard them since I was already awake at the time. Definitely didn’t stop me from falling asleep! The staff was super friendly, and check in was very easy even checking in only 15 minutes or so after booking the place! Just make sure your passport is handy if you’re a foreigner! If I was going to stay in shinagawa, I would come back here for sure. Good location for transportation and good price per night!

This is a cute inn in a quiet spot that is located within walking distance of two train stations. There are restaurants and convenience stores around that are open late so if you need to get something, you'll be able to. Rooms are tiny but that's par for the course in Japan. Neat and clean, it has everything you'll need. The inn has a coin washer and dryer in the basement which I took advantage of. For the price, location, and room I would definitely stay here again.

Disgusting

We were shocked… never have i ever been in such a filthy place. There was dust and dirt everywere… mold in the Windows, toilet couldnt flash. We got shown 2 new rooms, and they were just as disgusting. We had to find another hotel, so we cancelled the booking, but still had to pay for one night. I have tried to get in contact With hotels.com, but it is impossible. I feel so dissapointed by this… I took pictures of everything, to show it to the booking site. We found another hotel, not so far from this, and a little more expensive, but thats what you can expect when you havent booked in advance, and had to start all over ON the day. This hotel was so much nicer, and also not that much more expensive. I trust hotels.com for providing the best hotels, on their site, and then showing up to this place was horrible.

The staff can speak English well and provided good service and support. The hotel location is very near to Haneda airport. But you need to learn how to get to the airport properly. Japanese people are very kind and helpful. So just ask with Google Translator. As a new visitor to Japan, need advice how to get on the train properly. I just forgot to ask. The room is clean and well organized. Microwave and mini kitchen are available in the room. Walking to the nearest subway is a bit far for me, roughly 20 minutes walk. Probably I did not get used to walking this far to reach transportation. After getting used to the Tokyo train system, this hotel is a very good option. Family Mart is a few steps away from the hotel. Also there are another two supermarkets nearby. There are several restaurants in the area but I had no chance to try. This time I stayed only 2 nights. Next time I will stay longer.
