I like everything except the tiny bathroom. The tub was really high and for a big person sitting on the toilet was difficult. The rates were reasonable so I really shouldn't complain🙄

Great location!
Booked 3 rooms for our family, we had great time. Kanda station is near, just around 5mins walk, convenient store is 1min walk. Very good place!

Great line of basic hotels in locations near the train stations. Our only (minor) issue was the use of the heavy comforters on the bed. Too hot. But, I am sure we could have asked for a light blanket.

The room/bathroom was small but thats typical near Tokyo dome (to be honest it’s not like you will be in the hotel the entire day remember it’s just for sleeping and showering- you’re in Japan go out and explore) The hotels location is very convenient - near the metro, restaurants, shopping stores, and convenient stores. Customer service is great. I recommend this hotel because it is very convenient.

We liked the closeness to the train station. Some of the explanations from the staff were limited due to the amount of English the staff spoke. Suggest English classes for all who work there. Food was great.

Stay was actually really good! Room is small but that’s standard in Japan. It was comfortable and extremely quiet even though it was right next to the railway. I would recommend and stay again! Only recommendation is pillows. The pillows were awful lol

The hotel was positively comparable to other APA Hotels I previously visited. Automated Check-in available but the staff very courteously helped me. Conveniently located near Kanda Station and JR-Hub Tokyo. Easy connection to the Narita Express and Shinkansen. Recommendation: advise new guests about the best JR Kanda Station exit. Finding the hotel is faster if guests use the best exit, then look skyward for "APA Hotel" Sign. Especially during bad weather and late at night.

Excellent location - close to station with short train rides to Tokyo and Ueno, walkable distance to Akihabara and very close to many cool little restaurants and izakayas outside your door. Comfort, staff and facilities are always up to standard. TV can screen mirror. Downside is the room had a fan resembling an air conditioner unlike the APA hotel in Kyoto which had a proper one.

Terribly Small!
It was extremely disappointing as the rooms were tiny. No room for baggage nor closet space. For the price that we paid we could not believe it. We felt the cleaners were also not doing a thorough job. The only saving grace was the close proximity to the subway station and the decent breakfast that was served. Although the staff at the reception were helpful, the room sizes just put us off!

Great hotel, great location
This is a great hotel overall. It's probably better for people travelling alone as the rooms are small and may be awkward for two people to move around in. Despite the small size, the room had everything I wanted and the space was very efficiently laid out. There's a desk with multiple outlets, extra outlets around the bed, a mini-fridge for storing cold items (even food, as I think there's a microwave on the second floor), hangers, and lots of space under the bed to store your luggage. The room has a very large TV placed at the foot of the bed. Each room appears to have its own Wifi access point so I never had any trouble with connecting my devices or using the Internet. The bed was decently sized, but I will warn people that the mattress is firm, and the pillows are also much firmer than most westerners are probably used to. This hotel is very, very close to the JR Kanda station for easy rail access to the rest of the city, and is also close to a Metro line. There are at least five convenience stores within five minutes on foot if you need anything. A slightly longer walk straight north will take you to Akihabara in about 7 minutes if you are bored and want something to do. The staff are great and everyone I interacted with spoke enough English. They were also kind enough to hold my luggage for me on the day I checked out as I had a late flight home. Top notch place to stay.
