Great check-in, good location, helpful staff and very clean apartment stocked with several thoughtful items you may need. A little assortment of snacks as well. Variety of dining options within walking distance and convenient if you order delivery.

Perfect for a long stay.
Friendly staff, large room for Tokyo. The projector was perfect for those down times. Free pocket wifi. PlayStation 3 with plenty of games. A closet full of Manga. Free snacks. Washing/drying machine. This place is perfect for a long stay.

Great location and room!
Our family of four (children ages 7 and 9) had a great stay here. The location is great and a 5-7 minute walk to Kanda train station. The neighborhood isn't as crazy as other neighborhoods like Shinjuku but still has coffee shops, restaurants, etc all centered around Kanda station. Our room was more spacious than what you would get in a hotel room in Tokyo. There was a mac desktop, portable wifi device (so handy!), video gaming, and plenty of cords to charge our devices. We appreciated all of this. My kids loved the snacks provided in the room, the heated toilet seat, and the fact that we were the only room on the floor.

Location was good and within 7-8 min walk from Subway. Room slightly smaller than depicted in pictures but overall did fit a family of five when sofa beds were deployed. Good value for money.

Very large space, had additional bedding for two more in the built-in wall closets. (We were a party of 5 but it could have easily slept 2 or 3 more). The bathroom had an amazing dehumidifier. They were very responsive via messaging and I was able to send my group's suitcases over from another hotel. The only issue I had was checking out. Although there was no-one present for check-in, there were easy to understand instructions to call the front-desk through an over the phone interpreter service (via a phone left at the front desk). However, when we wanted to check out, there was noone at the front at 5am, and when I tried to call the reception, I was informed their license with the interpreter expired at midnight... Also, the place would benefit with more instructions on how to use the drying portion of the washer/dryer combo... (laundry pods were included! Very much appreciated!)

Perfect place for our first time visit to Tokyo. The property provided everything you need as a traveller - in room wifi, pocket wifi for when we were out and about, a handy phone which was like a mini guide book but allowed local calls, plus the kids loved the PlayStation although they only got to play it once as we were always out and about. I thought the property would have been a slightly longer walk from Kanda station but it was so close. We are a family of four and were very comfortable (beds were great!). We would definitely return and highly recommend this as a great place to base yourself from. We also loved the fact that the area was on the quieter side in comparison to the busier zones but everything was still nice and close.

Ten Stars Property if I could give! Our family enjoyed our stay very much. It is clean, spacious, furnished, with lots of tea and coffee provided, located at a very convenient location, with nice staff, and a very nice city view. Video games and a huge projector screen are provided, my husband got to use it for a brief 20 minutes! Lots of storage space as well, this place is just too perfect!! We have 4 adults and 1 five-year-old kid and we felt comfortable, but it could be a bit crowded if you have 5 or more adults.

The host (a guy) went far and beyond to help me out. I went to Tokyo strictly to buy chef knives. Even though he couldn’t speak English well he used a translator to make communication easy. The whole apt was amazing!

Fantastic Apartotel in Kanda
A hidden gem in Kanda. Location is only a block away from Kanda JR station. Great size apartment with complete amenities and a private sauna. Well laid out and a great fit for a small family. Lots of restos and minimarts around. Will stay here again.

Located 500m from EVERY train station you could need with many izakaya and other restaurants nearby. The room is small by American standards but larg by Tokyo standards. Very nice room, very clean and nice staff.

Location is excellent where is surrounded by unlimited choice of restaurants, metro/ tram station Kanda is 8 mins walking distance. The hotel suits for group travel of 4-5, or family trip with space in the room, free of electric appliances, kitchen, in-room wifi, phone, and mobile wifi. The hotel front desk is friendly and efficient to all my inquiries. Also the hotel is flexible to allow me for exceptional late checkout because I carry loads of luaggages and kid. Simply ring the front desk, you will get everything fixed. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff and great spacious units
Very minimalist type of hotel almost like an Airbnb. Very chill place to hangout and still continue the party since the rooms are spacious and have great lounging areas. There was even a fully stocked PS4 in our unit. The hotel service counter is small but the staff made themselves available to look after our shipped luggage. Great area a great unit and will definitely recommend to other travellers. Thank you to the staff at the Akihabara luxury city house! They even let us late check out to keep our luggage there.

Very nice place
The unit is very nice. The only negative was the check-in was a bit odd. The desk isn't always manned and we couldn't figure out how to use phone to reach them. Luckily after 10 minutes someone walked by. Good instructions in room to work things like wifi, TV, washer, etc. Netflix worked well too get English TV stuff.

お部屋で料理がしたくて一泊しました。広々と作られていて過ごしやすかったです。 また利用したいです。エレベーター降りたら自分の部屋っていうのも、いいですね。セキュリティも、しっかりしていました。備品に何があるのか分かりにくかったのが残念。

清潔感が全く無いホテル。ただ広いだけ。二度と泊まらない。
ホテルの写真が綺麗であり、広い&キッチン付きのアパートメントタイプの為、長期宿泊者にはいいな！と思い泊まりましたが、結論ガッカリしました。 まずは、清潔感がゼロです。ソファーには前の宿泊者のお菓子の屑は落ちているし、至るところの清掃が甘いです！ このご時世、今まで以上にコロナウィルス対策を兼ねて綺麗にしなければならないのに、清潔感が無いホテルは最悪です。 3泊毎に清掃が入るのですが、敢えてその汚い箇所を露呈しているにも関わらず、掃除機もかけない適当さ。終わってます。 あと、空気清浄機&加湿器もなく、非常に居心地が悪かったです。 ただ、広いだけです。二度と泊まりません。

秋葉原ラグジュアリーシティーハウスの濱園と申します。この度はご宿泊ありがとうございます。また、清掃に至らない点があり、誠に申し訳ございません。 頂戴した内容は非常に問題と捉えております。 以下、清掃スタッフに確認後、私達の改善に付きまして、ご報告させていただきます。 １．ソファーの屑の点 ・清掃スタッフの教育が至らない点とマニュアル化されていなかった問題がございました。まずは本問題を全スタッフに周知し、もし万が一やらなくても良いここは見なくても良いと思っていたら、すぐに改善するように啓発しました。また、清掃は属人的になってはこのように清掃に波が出てしまうため、ベテラン清掃スタッフの清掃を動画に撮り、マニュアル化を勧め冴えていただいております。またそれをもとに各清掃箇所ごとに練習とテストを行う予定です。 ２．３泊ごとの清掃に掃除機もかけない適当さがある点 ・申し訳ございません、ご投稿者様のご宿泊日の日程を弊社で把握できず、清掃者の特定が難しい状況でございました。よって、清掃スタッフを中心に全スタッフに対して、以下啓発と指導を行いました。 ・途中清掃の手順の確認の徹底 ・それぞれの清掃チェック ・ランダムに選択させていただいたゲスト様へ、清掃についてアンケート、それに基づいた指導と行っていない場合のペナルティーの設定 ３．空気清浄機と加湿器がない点 弊社の都合で恐れ入ります、お恥ずかしながら前期の予算に機器購入代が入っておらず、検討のままとなっておりました。空気が乾燥し始める冬のはじめには購入できるよう進めてまいります。 以上でございます。 再度、ご不快な思いとご不便をおかけし申し訳ございません。 本問題を真摯に捉えて、今後の施設運営に生かしてまいります。 何卒よろしくおねがいいたします。

外国人向きかな。。。
部屋は広くて良かったのですが、衛生面が悪かったのと、とにかく寒かった…。 エアコンが2つあるんですが、どちらもMAX温度に上げましたが隙間風が入ってきて毛布にくるまってました。 また備え付けの食器や家電の衛生面がちゃんと出来ているのか不安です。 次は絶対に泊まりたくないと思ったのが正直な感想ですね。

Disliked: Room comfort
説明は長いが管理がされていない。エアコン壊れてるし
とにかくベッドの寝心地が悪い。翌日背中と腰が痛くなった。ベッドの音も気になった。シティーホテルにしては若干広めだがシャンプーももう少しグレードを上げないと髪の毛バサバサになってしまう。エアコンが壊れてた30度にしても寒い。
