The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the facilities leave much to be desired. The lobby is cramped and cluttered with luggage, while the rooms are extremely small and the mattresses unevenly distributed. Additionally, there's an uncomfortable deep sink in the middle of the bed, making it impractical for two people. The pillows are hard, and the bathroom is tiny. Furthermore, the tea tastes really bad. I would suggest considering the hotel next door, 'The Tokyu Stay Takanawa,' which is similarly priced but offers a much better experience.
