The floors and shower have hair, especially in the women’s dorm. All toilet stalls except one were closed, and two showers were closed. Even with all showers open, not enough showers or toilets to accommodate everyone. Staff forgot to give us amenities two days out of four. Construction noises and extremely loud snoring. Just avoid.

Less than 5 minutes away from Suidobashi Station, this simplistic yet modern capsule hotel is a great choice for solo travellers. The hotel provides lockers for luggage and personal belongings, slippers for use in the building (You must change into slippers before going to the capsule areas or lounge), and toiletries. The capsule is spacious enough for one to sit upright comfortably, however, there is only one Japanese plug and a USB port in the capsule. Overall it is a great place to stay if you are travelling alone, and are looking for a decent yet simple place to spend night.

Badly designed but fine.
Good hotel, brand new, great view from the common area. Unfortunately very poor building design, with the single elevator being a complete bottleneck for the whole building; be prepared to wait. The WiFi is quite unstable, as is almost always the case in Japan.

到着した際にスタッフの声が小さくモゴモゴしていて聞き取りづらかったし、正直態度悪いと思った。今回ナインアワーズを使うのは2回目だが、やはり乾燥しているので、静電気や肌の乾燥がすごい。でもとてもリーズナブルで使いやすいので好きです。

寝るだけの施設です。
初めて宿泊しました。受付の方のご挨拶がなかったので、受け付の方とわからず、宿泊の人が雑談をしているのかと思いました。館内は非常に乾燥しており、飲み物が必要でしたが、自動販売機がなく、困りました。キャビンに他の人が入る時キャビン全体が揺れぐっすり眠れませんでした。本当に寝るだけの施設とのご案内の通りです。

固定概念が変わった！
初めてカプセルホテルを利用しました。女性階へは女性しか使えないエレベーターで分かられていて安心。シャワーの勢いも良いですし、ロッカーもロングコートも掛けられるし、仕切りで棚を上下2つに仕切ることも可能。寝る部屋ですが、身長171の私でも伸び伸び寝られるし座位の姿勢でも窮屈さは感じません。女性でも各方面からピーピー鼻息やイビキが少ししていました。私は気にしませんが音に過敏な人は受付で耳栓を用意してもらえるようです。共同スペースはとても綺麗でした。3,000円代で宿泊可能でこのクオリティに文句をつけるところがありませんでした。カプセルホテルって進化してるんだなぁと、初体験の私にとっては衝撃でした。

Poor communication and cleaning.
Between The hours of 10 and 14 you dont have access to your capsule, showers, your belongings or other areas except a common area that does not have a working AC. Even if you're statikg multiple days. Between The hours of 10 and 14 They say They are cleaning every area that you do not have access to. They change The bedings. The dirt and dust that is on litteraly any toilet or shower-Wall speaks of no thorough cleaning. Also The straff did not Tell you about The camera that is located at head level in your capsule. Through my own research I found that They do offer a sleep-analysis, why The camera is in your capsule. But They did not Tell you about it, which gives a very creepy and weird vibe finding it.
