"Our second stay here and really easy access to both Disney parks. Big choice of western and Japanese for breakfast. Hotel has an inbuilt convenience store but the onigiri shelf was usually empty at the times we wanted to buy some."

"A two night stay waiting for a flight The shuttle to the airport was very convenient as it was only about 10mins away Staff were wonderful, but the restaurant staff on the 5th floor were not Room was small, so we spent quite a bit of time in the lobby area. Very comfortable. "

"This hotel is simply reaching end of service life. Needs a major renovation. We chose it so that we can ride Narita express the next day. There is very few things around the hotel. It's not worth it. Pick something else if you dont need proximity to station."

"This is my third time staying at this hotel. And I’ve already booked my next stay. What I like about this hotel is the breakfast buffet is amazing but I feel like you need to book it at the same time that you book your hotel. If you decide to do it daily, it’s a lot more expensive train stations are located within five minutes and right across the street. There’s a 7-Eleven in Lawson."

"Even though the website said breakfast was included, they said it's not. The pool won't be open during spring. They didn't mention it on the site. You can't control your own room temperature to heating or cooling, it is centrally controlled. This was also not mentioned on the website. There are restaurants within the building but when you go and try to eat they will ask if you reserved a seat and won't let you in if you didn't make a reservation. So you should just be hungry and find a different place to eat in a country which is totally new to you. None of these nuances were mentioned anywhere. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Room cleaning was done properly. Lifts worked. Other than that there's nothing I would like to mention. I wouldn't stay here again."
