「酒店好新，房間夠大很乾淨很少酒店房間會提供直髪夾Hair Straightener給住客很好。我們是熱海花火節其間入住的，坐在酒店天台的位置便可以俯瞰全海景煙花。唯一美中不足就是自助check inn 要online 聯絡酒店員工不是太過方便。」

「I checked out and then headed off to tokyo, only to realized after i arrived at tokyo that i forgot my backpack near the stairs of the building. forgot it while i was moving other luggage. called our host and she immediately helped find my backpack and contacted me within a few minutes after she found it. super helpful. 」

「I had a wonderful stay at Ulalena, had a memorable new year eve, it was the perfect way to start 2024. The hotel is beautiful and well designed. Goshi san and his team were really nice and kind, we were very well taken care of (very warm and homey). I will definitely recommend my friends and family when they visit Shizuka! Highly recommend! 」

「The apartment is very close to the train station. Extremely convenient location. Unlike other users' comments, we found the environment is not noisy at all. Very comfy and spacious. 「キッチンの床は綺麗になっていました。一番残念だったのは、浴室のシャワーを使って、湯量が少ない上にお湯が程なく水に変わってしまい、お湯になるまでにまた時間が掛かる事です。冬だったら、更に困ったと思います。それから、各部屋の時計が殆んど止まっていました。ブラインドは、羽の向きを変える金具が壊れている物が有りました。」
