"Grateful to have two friendly and considerate staff when checking in. I asked if i could have a room that could see Mt. Fuji when I checked in. They tried their best to help even the hotel was fully booked. Thank you so much for their kindess. The view was awesome. However, I could easily hear the noise from the corridor especially when some guests kept running back and forth at night and they spoke loudly when going back to the room. Sadly that I could not have a quiet environment at night."
