"スタッフの方々のサービスはとても親切で良かったと思います。 館内も癒されるもので溢れていて居心地も良かったです。 お食事は盛り付けも綺麗ですし 演出も最高なのですが量、質が満足出来た感じではありませんでした。 山形県産米を使っていたのですがお家で炊いたご飯の方がツヤ感ももち感も上でした。県産米が生かされていなくて残念です。 せっかくの素敵な旅館なので お食事のグレードはもっとＵＰしても良いと思います。"

"店員の口が臭い。 ホテルの窓の内側に大きなクモの巣がかかっていて景観を損なう。 1階エントランスのトイレが臭い。 熊が出たそうなので、散策できなかった…。"
