"Staff was very friendly and helpful with check in and arranging shuttle to the airport. They also did a great job keep the breakfast buffet stocked as it was a lot of hungry people (including myself lol) You can tell the building is older but it is kept clean"

"Property manages the Airco from the rooms, shutting the AC completely off from 11pm to around 10am. Sweat box during nights. Shameful as the property has great potential and is centrally located."

"This property is outdated. The bathroom had rust, chips on the door, stained tub and a mold smell to it. The wooden furniture was chipped. But you get what you paid for. I’ll never stay here again. If your funds are low, you’re in a bind , you don’t care about esthetics, and you don’t mind people smoking weed out front, then this is the place for you. "

"Horrible su política de 0 Cancelación, cosas pasan y con ellos NO puedes cancelar y aunque está en su política deberían al menos permitir que el guest pueda cambiar la fecha aunque tenga que pagar algún fee. No pude ir por fallecimiento de familiar y perdí el dinero porque no quisieron cancelar. Gracias a Hotel.com por hacer el esfuerzo de cancelarlo y un 0 a la propiedad por su política capitalista."

"I booked two rooms at this hotel, my bank declined the second charge for the second room because it thought it was a fraud. When I showed up, the hotel canceled the booking for the second room. Me and my family had to leave with no place to stay at 2:30 am in Miami. Hotels.com attempted to get me a refund from the hotel the next day but the hotel still refused."

"Our door was broken and wouldn’t lock unless you put all your weight into pushing it closed. When reported to the staff, they shrugged it off. Asked for an extra pillow and was told no. The room was falling apart and broken to the point it would make a great setting for a horror film."
