"We loved the Hotel. All the staff members are superb… The architecture of the Hotel is unique, the food is great, the besch is beautiful and is apart from the center of the town. We loved the Holbox experience and the Hotel was a good part of it. "

" This is our 4th time on Isla Holbox and so far the best hotel for the money in my opinion. The location is on the nicest part of the nicest beach in Holbox and has great beach front covered beach beds with attentive service and great drinks.The staff go above and beyond being helpful, friendly and attentive. Usually hotels have a normal mix of happy and disgruntled employees but not here! Everyone was a gem! The level of attention you receive is unusual for what I consider a mid-range price point hotel. Special shout out to: Don Chepe/Jose (the bartender) who makes really good cocktails (and I am very picky!!), Silvestre, Azucena, Jesus and really all of the people who work in the dining room as servers. We rarely choose an all inclusive option but ended up switching to it for the last part of our stay. Food in Isla Holbox has gotten quite pricey and we felt we have adequately explored the local food scene in Holbox over the years. The price point and food quality for the all-inclusive option simply couldn't be beat and we were happy we made the switch. We knew that it was going to be brutally hot in Holbox this time of year so the plunge pool was a welcome addition for late nights when the big pools are closed and we still wanted to swim. We were really pleasantly surprised by this resort and would definitely stay here again! "

"Staff is very super friendly and honest. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Rooms are clean and every detail combines with whole hotel’s theme. My wife forgot her weeding band after we checked out. She called the hotel lobby and there it was. Housekeeping lady returned the ring and receptionist gave it back to her. Besides that they were very honest with their recommendations. Fuego restaurant was also very good. Good quality food and excellent service. Great place near bioluminescence activity. "

"If six stars was an option for service, I would give them a 6! Great place in a perfect location. Fantastic experience! Loved the hotel vibes - built in and around nature. The rooms are beautiful, simple, and very clean , have everything you need. There is yoga and breakfast every morning, both of which are fantastic. Every staff member is genuine and so kind. Absolutely amazing service and food. I felt very comfortable and relax during my stay."

"The location is BEAUTIFUL so close to the beach I love how it’s one of the less busy beaches which gives you that peace and relaxation. And if you want to do any tours need transportation food anything you can schedule or get all that there at the hotel. The staff was nice I had a great time staying here. I would definitely recommend. (I was iffy at first because it was one of the more older properties on the island but the pictures don’t do it justice!! Much better in person) there’s also some beach clubs and great restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the property… anyways we loved it. "
