"Amazing place. So relaxing and peaceful. Concierges were great, quickly responsive and helpful. Bikes waiting for us at our cottage. Bonus perk with early entry to the cenote (all by ourselves!) and free zip lines. Would have been nice to have a property map, we realized on our last day we missed most of the bike trail and garden. But we will catch that on our next visit!"

"Absolutely amazing setting! We stayed in the ‘museum’ part. Gorgeous gardens. According to my husband, ‘a cross between faded elegance and somewhat abandoned. Big room with a 4 poster bed, high ceilings and solid wooden shutters. "

"Probably the best place to stay in valladolid. The room was well kept and clean. The restaurant has great service and great food. For a small fee we were able to get our laundry washed and they found my partners aura ring in a pocket and bagged it up for us. The staff is very help full and the location is amazing"

"Pretty sure I was the only guest at the property. It was quiet, great location to see local sites. If you are ok with bare bones in nature this is good for you. Negatives, limited cell coverage in the area, and no wifi, so hope you are ok with a digital detox. Hot water wasn't really a thing."

"The room had all the amenities. I especially appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and water kettle - as a solo traveler, this makes things easier for me. The staff is truly wonderful! They were helpful, kind, and professional. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. The area is very safe, walkable to everything, and a ton of food options nearby. "
