"This is the third time I stayed at Cordis and it's my favorite hotel in Auckland. I love the spa, heated pool and the breakfast is truly amazing! My son was especially excited with the self serve ice cream. I appreciate the reliable service, and particularly I am thankful to manager Harvey for accommodating my requests, and to Cristina for excellent room service. "

"Room was very small compared with other stay for the same $$$ The other stays had a kitchen & microwave etc …. Parking was great & staff were good. Restaurant in this complex was lovely."

"Pricing good and our overall stay was ok. On arrival we were met at the gate by a man( we weren’t sure where to enter, two different signs) who was unsmiling, abrupt and over the course of 2 days not overly helpful. Car park is terrible, dirty around outside of shower cubicle at the bottom. Kitchen amenities woeful, lift not cleaned daily, same rubbish in it for 2 days. Worst of all was having one card to open doors and turn on power in the room. If one of you goes out and takes the card the person left in the room has no power, ridiculous! I’m not hopeful for this review making any changes, the replies to reviews seem to be the same whether review good or bad"

"Rooms are spacious, bed does split in the middle when you’re laying on it or do any big movement, though is super comfy. Blinds are not black out, you still see light coming through the middle gap or sides. The common areas are really nice. Staff are welcoming and free parking available on the road right outside hotel if you’re not wanting to pay for parking. "

"Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It had everything you needed for a long stay, good sized fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, TV in the bedroom and lounge, washing machine and dryer. Nice and tidy and clean. Good location near shopping mall and not far from Henderson centre. If you want parking make sure you book before you arrive as it is limited."
