"Our room was incredible, excellent value for money, a minor disappointment to not have bathrobes provided but the room and view made up for that. All staff whether reception, bar, general staff or the leisure team, were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast is reasonably good, a range of choices for all tastes, but could be improved by being hot where appropriate. Wonderful location, central yet quiet, and very convenient for buses, with the airport bus just outside. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent. "

"Loved that there was breakfast. The initial walk in they did not tell me what was happening in the town that night or things to do. No map was given. The room was clean just a bit out dated. I was unable to change the temperature in the room, and night was cold. "

"I have stayed in this property several times but it needs a major overhaul in the rooms, they are very badly run down. The breakfast was tasteless and the food from the bar was unsatisfactory. It was not served hot. "
