「It’s not a hotel, it’s student housing. The staff was very friendly, but gives dorm room vibes. Wasn’t a terrible stay, but would choose differently if we came to cork again. No parking so plan on spending around 40 euro a day on the nearest car park.」

「The location was good and the property manager communicated well, and that was all of the "good" I could find. Moldy smell, wifi didn't work. Curtains falling off, and the worst was no sheets, just a mattress cover and there was a hair on the pillow. Needless to say I left. I did not stay. If you have any mobility issues at all, not good. The stairs to the loft bed steep. There is a sign stating to back down. Would not recommend」

「The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel.」

「We only stayed one night, but the whole experience was exceptional. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly and even upgraded us on arrival which was amazing. They were so accommodating, it was a joy to stay there. If I’m back that way again, I’ll definitely be staying again and highly recommend」

「The hotel has charm but is definitely showing its age. The spa was the biggest disappointment — overpriced, poorly delivered, and handled by an inexperienced massage attendant. The windows could use a good clean, and the grounds would benefit from some general tidying to bring the place back to life. On a positive note, breakfast was generous in portion and very well cooked, which was a welcome highlight of the stay.」

「If you need good Internet avoid this hotel. Its the worst Internet I've experienced in a "1st world" hotel. Been here 4 times over 3 months for work and it's been absolutely abysmal. Their connectivity fluctuates wildy and constantly drops. Speed is non existent. I've had to use mobile data for 3 out of 4 trips. Truly pathetic. Complaints to management is pointless. They do nothing. The main plus about this place is the gym. And the restaurant is good. Internet absolute muck!!!」

「Great place for young couples on city break or mingling professionals. Wouldn’t recommend to older couples or to families. Lounge is a good vibe though table service could be more attentive. Beds are a bit soft for my liking personally. Showers are amazing!」
