「My stay was great! Convenient for day trips. The room was very clean. The kitchen and snack shack are a great addition. I would stay here again. There was no traffic noise in the room.」

「Lovely hotel ( looks more like condos) on the edge of town surrounded by trees and green. Staff was very helpful and available early and late. We had a suite (highly recommend). Very cute town, good restaurants, farmers market on Saturday. We took the train from Rutland to NYC. It was a 2 hour drive from Albany.」

「Hotel is on Allen Street which is a short cut/dragway for locals...very noisy street all night long! The other side of the hotel faces the parking lot/smoking area which can be very unpleasant if you have any reactions to cigarette smoke. TV package only carried one local network out of Burlington so up to date weather reports were unavailable during a statewide flood and tornado watch while we were there. Hotel personnel were great and breakfast was great...just a noisy smoky place.」

「Good location for a quiet place. This is an okay summer stop. No AC on a hot June day was hard as well as it was very buggy inside the windowsills. I realize it is more of a rustic, true Vermont lodge idea just wanted people to be aware. I am sure in the fall and winter when it is busier it is a completely different location.」

「The location is amazing. Beautiful outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, fireplace) but the views of the green mountains are what is most beautiful about this place. The hotel is being renovated and we stayed at one of the upgrades rooms and it was wonderful. Everything was spotless. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was the best I have had in a long time. They provide good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion and all good quality.
