"Now this hotel is my favorite of all hotels in Hong Kong Airport area you can get your suitcases and be at the hotel less than a 10 minute breeze walk to your room a must if you have overnight stay in Hong Kong now to be honest I tried one restaurant there no names but the food wasn't all that but that's my opinion hotel service qualities is beautiful quiet and really the part I like is I could be at the terminal under 10 minutes or less walking "

"It’s a good hotel. The main gripe I have is that they seem to routinely have parties/events in their courtyard on weekend evenings which are incredibly loud and go on until midnight. The idea that a hotel is fine with hosting loud parties at the expense of their guests who booked courtyard facing rooms is pretty off putting to me. I’d probably return to this hotel if I could book one of their outward facing rooms, as everything about the room itself was great. Always bring earplugs folks. "

"Positives: - The view of the harbour from the room we had chosen was absolutely worth the extra money - a constant entertainment to see what was going on. Negatives: - A bit far from the nearest MTR station (hard to fix that one!) - Disappointing breakfast buffet. I realise it is hard to cover a range of cuisines, and the buffet did have Indian, Chinese and Western options, but the Western options were much worse than expected at this price point. The pastries were poorly cooked, the croissants were only recognisable as such by their shape, the bread choices were very soft and lacking in chewiness, the breakfast cereals only had all bran as a healthy option (no muesli), the fresh fruit range only had watermelon and pineapple, and the menu didn’t vary over the three days we ate there. "

"Absolutely horrendous beddings, bathroom, and air conditioning. For a 5 stars hotel I expect a whole lot better. I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "
