"The room was gross. The thick layer of dust on the transition piece as you enter the room, the sheets were damp, the air conditioning didn’t work so we got a box fan but it just pushed hot thick muggy air. There was black mold in the toilet and on the wall. The exhaust fan didn’t work. There were hairs on the sheets, hairs and nasty toe nail clippings on the bathroom floor…. "

"We frequent NWA many times a year for kids swim meets and it also being my wife’s Alma mater. The Graduate Hotel is up there as one of our favorites. It’s very close to campus and also walking distance to many boutiques and restaurants to frequent during the downtime. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are decorated with University themed items and memorabilia which is very cool. We will be back!!"
