「It is newly renovated, very comfortable. Liz was very helpful and kind. The room was impeccably clean and had several room amenities that I don't see at many other places. It was close to the airport. A great restaurant right next door. We would definitely book again」

「Asked for 30 minutes to complete a meeting after checkout which was met with a hard no as they need the room. I sat in the parking lot for over a hour while the room remained empty. No customer service.」

「If you are looking to be close to the beach this is the perfect location. This hotel was so nice and quiet. There was plenty of parking and the breakfast is always a plus. The coffee was available all day which was also great. No complaints about this hotel. Most definitely will be staying here again.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach Historic Inn—its excellent location made it incredibly easy to enjoy the beach, shops, and nearby restaurants. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we would gladly stay here again.」

「My husband and I spent 3 days here while we were renewing our vows. We absolutely loved the property and room we had. The pool was great, and our bedroom we stayed in was very clean and comfortable! We felt right at home as thoroughly enjoy the grounds of the property! Would definitely come back here again, the property looks just like the photos!」

「Staff is extremely professional and very nice. The location is great and it is obviously the only Jupiter hotel on the beach, which makes it very unique.」

「Understanding you get what you pay. First. NO TOWELS. They cleaned our room everyday but no big towels because the hotel had none. We asked for towels at night also and the next morning and still no big towels so we had to dry with mid size towels imagine men drying with this. Second, we had to shower with the shower head towards the shower wall because the water would leak out somehow and it would be a pool of water on the bathroom floor. Also roach in the bathroom. Third: the bugs...

「Staff is rude. Except for the staff putting the chairs and umbrealls at the beach they are the only ones that are helpful. If you plan to take your dog make sure he/she doesnt bark because the front desk will call you and you can not take them to the beach nor pool area. Dogs are not allowed to bark. I will not return to this hotel.」
