"We were visiting Puy du feu and the room was perfectly adequate as somewhere to sleep. A bit basic and tea making facilities would have been nice. It was very hot so having no windows was a blessing and leaving the door open with the shutter down helped. Reception staff very friendly and helpful and buffet breakfast better than expected "

"Maybe it was my fault but I did not realise there were communal showers and toilets. You have to pay for a towel-small charge. The bed was the worst I have ever slept in-it appeared to be a solid piece of foam. The wifi stopped working in the morning and was not repaired. The staff do not speak english and did nothing about the wifi. Maybe you get for you pay for!"
