"The room was snug as the hotel name suggests but very cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an overnight business stay. The reception staff were amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area with what to see and do, the price was also right and we will stay again as we felt it was in the heart of the action in Galway city, excellent!"
