"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel this year one week each time. The hotel is a great location 10 minutes from the historic center… the staff is really incredible!! You can sense that the people are happy working here and are very proud of what they do. Gabriela at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming… Clara and Shirley and Yulieta in the restaurant are equally very attentive to every guest and everyone makes an attempt to learn your name, which is nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent and Andrea makes a wonderful omelette. Five stars."

"Queremos dar las gracias por las atenciones, quedamos muy satisfechos con el Hotel DANN Cartagena.el lugar es bellísimo y cada una de sus instalaciones. El personal en General fue muy amable, nos hicierón sentir como en casa. Juan el del bar de la piscina le agradezco sus buenas sugerencias. El hotel extremadamente recomendado. "Excellent service and staff. The breakfast buffet its really good. Our favorite part is the smoothie /Juice station, Diana makes the best smoothies. The have a large fruit variety to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel. Worth the $$$$ Also the taxi drivers outside the hotel are very helpful and will take you any where in the city. "
