This hotel was just okay. I didn’t like that we were only able to go to our floors and no one else’s. I had family staying in the same hotel and we had to meet in the lobby everytime in order to go to their rooms.

Management deserves recognition for training and hiring at GH. ALL staff I interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful - always smiling. This was my first stay here - at the end of a 6 week visit to Saigon - my final 2 nights. I wish I had booked earlier in my stay. Kudos to the staff members who assisted me with DECA content, and for the wonderful “take away” breakfast that was handed to me when I left at 4:30AM for the airport. Excellent business culture starts at the “top”. As a businessman, I “get” the vision you all have pursued. Yes, the property is amazing - location, comfort, cleanliness, location.
