「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

「We have chosen this apartment hotel because of the facilities offered and we find that they are up to standard. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that it is near the S-Bahn station and we can hear the noise of the trains at night. The hotel location is excellent, only a short walk to Hackescher Markt station and 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. 」

「很方便，空間很大，算是位於亞洲區，很多亞洲美食，不遠處還有超市。不遠還有comebuy台灣人的手搖飲。順著鐵路往東可以到亞歷山大廣場往西就是博物館島。方便極了」

「It’s a cozy, modern hotel with a nice location: a-minute walk from the underground U2 Line. And tram M8 is right in front of the hotel, which is pretty easy to get to the central station. The hotel is just a station away from Alexanderplatz, which is a noted shopping area as well as transportation hub in eastern Berlin. 」

「Exceptionally comfortable bed. Large room. Well-appointed kitchenette. Great neighborhood. Self-service extra towels etc is amazing. Key-less access is weird. Human support via WhatsApp is adequate, but I do miss a person on site.」

「We stayed for 3 nights in the 2-bed apartment with balcony and really enjoyed it. The apartment was well fitted with everything we needed and had comfortable furniture, making it a nice place to relax after a day out. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. The location was excellent — very convenient for both the tram and U-Bahn (near Rosa-Luxembourg station), with plenty of shops and conveniences close by. 「Room very smart with balcony.Close to train station , easy to get the train to airport and also to Berlin centre. Accros the street is a supermarket and also many food shops. 」

「Dejligt og fedt område. Tæt på metro. Men stort depositum man skal betale. Vores værelse havde en ødelagt badeværelse flise, som vi ikke var informeret om, så var nysgerrig på om det ville vi skulle stå for, men heldigvis fik vi det fulde beløb retur. Sovesofaen var rimelig dårlig, men sengen god. 」

「Wir waren zu viert im Nena und hatten ein großes Zimmer, mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zudem einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Spree. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das Wasser war unbezahlbar! Parken kann man kostenlos direkt vor der Tür und in den Nebenstraßen. Das Bett und auch die Schlafcouch waren super bequem. Wir würden wieder das Nena buchen! :)」
