"Every room has a ocean view and balcony. Onsite restaurant has excellent food and staff, great place to eat dinner and watch the sunset. It is also just blocks away from another eatery and a short drive into Florence."

"This hotel is older but has been remodeled. It is clean, quiet and relaxing. The view of the lake from the rooms are wonderful. The near by town of Florence is 8 minute drive and has great shops and restaurants along the bay front."

"We arrived prior to Check-in and had young kids. The front desk was nice enough to allow us pool access which helped greatly on a rainy day. However some of the pool area walls were under construction currently which took away from full potential of the area, but will look better in the future. The staff were all nice, rooms were nice, but our balcony was 1st floor and didn't have the view we hoped for, ask for 2nd floor or higher.
Breakfast was great with an omelet bar and many other options.
Overall the place was nice, but has room to reach full potential for the amazing location and view of the harbor. "

"Great ocean view. Great breakfast with lots of choices included. Great hot tub but indoor pool was a little chilly. Close to Yachats and Waldport. Free dvd movies to borrow from the office. Wonderful beach but we had lots of rain. Lots of tv channels. Staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and quiet."

"Our plans changed last minute and the hotel manager was very accommodating and helpful in getting our reservation cancelled.
Also observed him checking in other guests and he was very courteous and helpful with them also.
Definitely will be staying here when we travel to Florence again."

"Ocean was barely visible from our room. We were put in the pet section and had to listen to dogs bark throught out the night. Had those little ants all over the kitchen. Probably won't go back."
