"The staff was absolutely amazing here. This seems like almost an upscale service. They have a very gorgeous and excellent, excellent restaurant next-door. The food was amazing. Concierge was very nice. They assure that I knew where I was going, and when I was ready to leave, they made the checkout process quick"

"There was a blood stain and food on the floor so we changed rooms. There was blood on the wooden desk area in second room. A bug crawled on me in bed disturbing my sleep. The towels were threadbare. No A/C on the floors but in room. The elevator lights weren’t working. There was an odor in the lobby. Location was great but there was no quality at this Quality Inn."

"The bath has only a handicap shower with two drains, one outside. the shower on floor. The floor was terribly wet after shower. I did place towels down but I almost fell whenI slipped. The bathroom floor needed a thorough cleaning. I dont think the rugs were cleaned in a while. The staff was nice."
