「The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. 」

「The hotel is under renovation so there is a lot of construction stuff around. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. The room is big and clean. And they have free parking which was nice.」

「The property appeared to be having some of the rooms updated, I could be wrong, but it appeared that some of the decks below me were not as updated as mine. The hotel suffers from deferred maintenance (peeling paint on the exterior for example) but my room was updated and clean. The food would not be the reason to go there, but the view of the Sea of Galilee is hard to beat! I went for the view and that did not disappoint.
