Localização muito boa, instalações novas e espaçosas. Realmente não há do que se queixar quanto a isso. A única coisa que deixa a desejar é sobre o atendimento. Apesar dos funcionários sempre serem cordiais a demora para resolver problemas simples do dia a dia incomodou. Eles não se lembram dos pedidos do hóspede ou só agem na 3a vez que se pede a mesma coisa… enfim, nada a comentar que desabone o hotel mas se eles evoluírem o nível do serviço seria realmente uma experiencia nota 10.

Muito bom!

Hotel moderno preocupado com acessibilidade.Acomodação muito boa.Cama,lençóis tudo perfeito. O restaurante foi o ponto fraco com um cardápio resumido. Café da manhã bom , mas o ambiente um pouco quente e o atendimento aos pedidos muiiiito lento. Reparei uma certa desorganização na cozinha que entendo ter contribuído para a lerdeza em atender um simples pedido de um queijo na chapa. O ambiente é amplo, limpo e os funcionários sempre atenciosos. Piscina também muito boa, ponto negativo os petiscos com pouca opção. O hotel é um charme, mas senti falta de uma opção de restaurante a tarde, sugeriria um chá da tarde já que o ambiente é muito aconchegante. Com certeza voltarei !

Hotel muito bom, checkin ágil, estrutura muito boa e nova! Quartos confortáveis com enxoval de boa qualidade! Café da manhã muito bom! Restaurante da piscina com poucas opções de petiços, ainda mais por tratar-se de hotel em praia. Restaurante do hotel com boas opções para o jantar, caso não se deseje ir comhecer os restaurantes do centro. Peca no check-out, por cobrar por diárias que já haviam sido pagas por intermédio do hoteis.com. Acho q falta comunicação entre o site e o hotel. Mas o problema foi prontamente resolvido sem a necessidade de novo pagamento!

Hotel novo e excelente. Quartos amplos e bem decorados. Café da manhã muito bom!!! Os drinks autorais da piscina são ótimos. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. De sugestões apenas ampliar o cardápio do almoço/jantar e tornar o check in mais rápido. Indico com certeza, vale a pena!!!

Location!!

Ambiente agradabilíssimo com conforto e localização sensacional , muito central em Pipa. Precisa rever bem a política de flat , pois pode vir a prejudicar muito se o hotel não tiver controle adequado .
