"Had a brilliant stay. Room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds pillows soft. Got upgraded to a room with side sea view and that made the difference to have a view - not all rooms do. Kettle, steamer (on request), shower gel/body lotion in bathroom - lacking tea variety in the rooms and we asked for fresh milk. Half board was good value, varied and great quality. Staff were knowledgable and welcoming. Spa was small but lovely a thermal pool with jets, sauna and steam room reserve a 1hr slot. Location of the hotel is just 15mins from airport on local bus €1.40 and 10min walk to start of the shops leading to Puerto del carmen strip, small supermarket across the road or Spar 5 min walk on. Mid July was windy good to keep temperature down but Los pocillos beach was not great sand kept blowing into the face. Bring pegs to hold your towels down. Playa chica and grande were just a €5 taxi and much calmer to swim in. Nice big shower room if you arrive before check in or have a late flight. Anything you ask for they will help you with. I felt really comfortable and would come again without hesitation."
