Dificult to get a sunbed before 3pm but all good apart from that. Clean and spacious accommodation in the middle of Carmen so easy access to all the area had to offer. Friendly and accommodating so yes we would revisit.

30 minutes walk to the old twon plus lots of restaurants and pubs around and 5 minutes walk to the beach, Warm friendly helpful staff, thanks for Alfonso and Victor they are very helpful, thanks guys

Wonderful place

On arrival.abit confusing to find room.room lovely and big. Great shower..great layout busy but no probs finding beds. Lovely staff expecially victor.well looked after. Great cleaners spotless. Also wonderful location. We willbe returning.

Nice stay but with some issues

Stayed last year and liked it so much we came back this year . Disappointed with room outlook was at back which was a dumping ground for old pallets , tiles , paint tins etc.Had to contact receptionist as room not cleaned for 3 days so no clean towels or toilet paper.Apart from these issues room was very nice and location perfect

Good location and A/C. Busy pool 😎

One week in early August was fine. Plus points were location and the A/C which was amazing since the week was 30-38 degrees. Not a fan of sun beds round the pool but farcical to see people there at 6am. Cleaning was ok as was the general apartment decor albeit a little dated. Been in Del Carmen many times and cockroaches are not unusual but had 2 or 3 to deal with most days. Large gap under rear door I felt they were getting in. More routine maintenance to plug gaps may be useful tho it’s pretty hard to stop them.
