「Great location. We had a spa suite which was nice a spacious with view of the gardens, pool and the mountains around Riva del Garda. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offerings were amazing. Everything was sparkling clean. Good car parking. Great free welcoming mini bar/fridge. All in all a great hotel. Would definitely recommend!」

「Check-in is at the splendid hotel up the street. Once you check in, they drive you to Hotel La Palme in a golf cart. That was quite fun! Once we arrived, we realized that our room was facing the ferry dropped off. Eventually, we asked to move rooms and the front desk was exceptional at quickly transitioning us to the splendid hotel as there was a room available. 「Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「The most wonderful staff- Alessandra, Sylvia, Natasha and all were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They loaned me a charger/converter; they helped me book my train trip back to Milan. All the time they took great care and made sure my family’s every ask was taken care of. The chef’s breakfast was absolutely incredible and definitely a highlight of the trip. 」
