「Our stay at The Black Bass in September was superb. The staff were so friendly and polite, and couldn't do more to make us comfortable. Our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside area on the lakeside was stunning. We sat here everyday, enjoying food and wine, and taking in the breathtaking views. We used the spa too, which again was very good, clean and quiet. We cannot wait to return. 」

「We were greeted by Raphael on our arrival who was extremely pleasant, spoke excellent English and was very professional. Our room was overlooking the canal and was very clean and well equipped. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel - there were plenty of choices and the food and service were excellent. We also dined in the hotel and again had a wonderful meal and excellent service. The hotel is situated right in the pedestrian old town and was very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. We...
