「The room was functional, spacious but a little tired.
Staff was great, the breakfast a treat, but the restaurant wasn't worth the cost - 3 star fare at 4 star prices.
Location was excellent, and parking secure.
We'd go back if ever wanting to explore Hadrian's wall again.」

「The room was very clean and had just been renovated, making it feel much more comfortable. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly and could improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff provided excellent service and deserve recognition.
The swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.」
