"The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile. We called her down an hour or so later with a list of what was wrong in the room, but basically no response. The next day Nancy was there and everything ran...

"Tänk på att innan ni bokar. så ligger hotellet mitt i ingenstans hyr man inte en moped så sitter man fast där. när receptionen är stängd kan inte”portvakten” hjälpa till med att beställa en taxi. Och det är väldigt långt till närmaste restaurang, halva vattenparken var avstängd 2 av 3 dagar vi bodde där, barnbarnen blev inte jättenöjda.. personalen var väldigt trevliga men dom kämpar i motvind."

"Réservé par Expédia, l'hôtel n'avait pas été informé et la chambre n'était plus disponible L'hôtel nous a trouvé une autre chambre, mais sans climatisation. De plus l'accès par un chemin de terre en pente est difficile. Le lendemain nous avons déménagé chez Isara Lanta, de l'autre côté de la route, à deux pas de la plage : Les bungalows sont basiques, mais l'emplacement et l'accueil de Marc compensent largement !"

"Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Die Betten sind wirklich gut, aber auch der Rest der Ausstattung. Das Personal ist ziemlich freundlich und um die Ecke gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten, wo man frühstücken kann. Ich würde es auf jedenfall empfehlen. "

"Quiet and comfortable place just by the main road. To access the beach just cross the road and walk 200m. Many good restaurants close by, either on the main road or on the beach. Close to a 7/11, an international clinic and a pharmacy. Friendly staff! "
