The air conditioning need to be improved. The technician came and said it fixed. But all night the temperature in the room show 25. I tried to turn it down to 20. Didn’t work.

The room was bigger than expected. Nice sized bathroom. Needs a bit of renovation and deeper cleaning, however I was rarely in my room. Right by a 7/11 and 6min walk to bts which gets you to a few places. For a 3night stay, it was decently priced.

Check in staff were great . The room was of executive level and not sure how a hotel of this size only has 8 sunbeds for the pool and it's a battle at 10am to get them . Overall was an ok stay

The staff were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were so helpful. They were kind, happy and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely en-suite bathroom. Great buffet breakfast with so much choice.
