"The parking lot was okay. I felt customer service should have been better. The first attendant didn't tell me about parking, incidental prices, nor did she tell me about the Wi-Fi. The second attendant told me all of this."

"Great hotel, wonderful staff. The only complaint I have is the pool. INSANE amount of chlorine to the point where it burned my eyes the second I walked into the room. WAY too much chlorine, but the stay was still pleasant!"

We received a noise complaint from the guests below us because we have two children, even though they weren’t doing anything. We asked to move to a downstairs room, and they accommodated us. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided. No USB outlets, so we couldn’t charge our phones."

"No staff after 4:00 pm or at all on Sunday. We had no toilet paper and didn’t receive any. You have to do everything through a kiosk. No comforter or quilt, just two sheets."
