「This was a lovely place and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The twin room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant. There was a great choice and the food was delicious. The surroundings were beautiful and it was nice to be able to go for a walk after dinner.」

「Wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und idyllisch. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Gegend! Wir hatten das kleinste Zimmer, Doppelzimmer mit Bad. Es war gemütlich und für uns total ausreichend. Man kann bei schönem Wetter den Gartenbereich mit Stühlen ind Tischen nutzen oder drinnen auf einem gemütlichen Sofa relaxen. Frühstück klassisch British. Ein Plus: das frische Obst, Joghurt und leckeres Granola. Definitiv eine Empfehlung. 」

「Love these older style hotels. There has clearly been recent refurbishment and the reception and staircase look great and in keeping with su a property. The standard room we stayed in was basic and if older style but very clean. Everything worked as expected and we had a great sleep. As there is no on site restaurant the foyer and downstairs area lack a bit of ambience and I would suggest some music be played to make it a bit more welcoming Location on quiet street in centre of town only a 5...

「Stayed here with a friend in preparation for Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. Check in very easy. Warm welcome. Very hospitable staff. We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. 」
