「Overall was good. We check in before 7pm so it was very smooth and easy. Thanked the check in staff arranged 2 rooms next to each other for 2 families.」

「Everything is great at this hotel, even the food at their restaurant was very good. Would love to use their pool next time. The only thing is, it still smells very new, it would be good if there’s a window for us to open to let it ventilate, because I was worried that the smell will affect my toddler 」

「House keeping didn’t clean the room and I have to ask for cleaning at the reception. Housekeeper didn’t check the already emptied body wash level and change the box tissue which has already used up. Never vacuum the washroom. Only provide one set of towel knowing 3 of us were staying on one room.」

「Bad」

「Fully equipped kitchen, very clean, parking conveniently in front of apartment 」

「The hotel is a bit dated but it’s good value for money. We stayed in a family room with two en suites.」

「Excellent 」

「We never had this bad experience before! Thanks for East Perth Suites gave us this disappointing experience in Perth! Firstly, we emailed to reserve self paid the covered car park during our stay but they just confirmed us well reserved but didn’t arrange for us finally! Also they closed the reception early during the Xmas date but without email us before, didn’t sent email about the password for entry Hotel and drop box for collect the key! Totally made us feel so confused and waited outside...
