The food was fantastic … excellent breakfast buffet with anything you could wish for plus an à la carte service. The evening dinner was superb, creative menus delivered first class service. The spa and pools were great, outdoor pool in the snow!! Housekeeping kept our room in a perfect condition. All of the staff were friendly, professional and fun!! I’m sorry I don’t have all of the names but a quick shout out to Katja who looked after us in the dining room and Marlene at reception. We can’t fault anything about this hotel!! "

"The room was above expectations. Amazing view of the Alps! The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a play room for kids as well as an outdoor playground associated with the property. We ate breakfast there a couple times and also cooked in the room - both great experiences. The skikeller was safe and in a great location for ski-in-ski-out. We absolutely loved this hotel!! "

"This has to be one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a great big smile and enthusiasm from Werner. He was so welcoming and friendly we instantly felt at home. Also their included breakfast was the best we have ever had. It is a short stroll to the lake and all its beauty and excellent restaurants. We will recommend this place to everyone and if we ever return we will definitely stay there again but for a longer period. "
