Pet room was clean staff info not so much my elderly mother paid for the room with a debit/credit card and paid the deposit in cash on check out she told by staff that deposit will be returned to her card come to find out not true after making calls to the property to be informed by staff the manager would call me back after 2 days still no call back I called again to ask for manager in turn to busy to answer my call told I should have asked for my deposit back in cash The only way to get it now is to come there in person We are home 500 miles south am not making the 1000 mile round trip Please all beware
